Through achieving The Gold Seal of Approval®, an organisation demonstrates its commitment to holding itself accountable to a high bar for quality and safety for those they serve. How did we earn the Gold Seal of Approval® from The Joint Commission International? Over the course of the last 6 months, our team have been preparing for an inspection which was carried out by JCI assessors in order to determine our compliance to a rigorous set of Joint Commission International performance standards for Ambulatory Care Organisations in terms of patient care and safety and quality and management processes.
