Yes. Since the introduction of the Children and Families Relationships Act 2015 (CFRA), both parents can be named on a birth certificate of a donor conceived child who is conceived in an Irish fertility clinic and born in Ireland. If you are intending to give birth outside of Ireland, please check the relevant legislation in that country and seek independant legal advice.
