  • Please follow this link to access a PDF guide on how to use the Thérapie Fertility patient portal.

  • Any existing patient can and should contact us through their portal as this is the main form of communication. They can message back and forth with any of the teams through a PM thread.

  • Payments can be made in the billing section of the portal where they can select the invoice they wish to make a payment on, select amt they wish to pay and then they will be guided through an online payment system.

  • Patients can upload documents to the portal by creating a new message in the messaging section, selecting the correct team as the recipient, popping in a message in the body of the PM and then scroll to the bottom to see an attach an image/ document button.

  • All of your information including scan reports, blood test results and cycle information can be found on your portal. The portal is our main form of communication with our patients, and you can contact the medical or administrative team anytime by sending a message on the portal.

  • Our portal is protected by 2 factor authentication. You should be able to reset your password if you forget it, but if you are having trouble, please contact our team on 01-2238933.

  • When you become a patient of Thérapie Fertility you will be provided with a link and password to access the online portal.

  • Dont worry if you forget your password. You can simply click on forgot password and a reset link will be emailed to you.

  • Our team monitor the portal from 7am to 4pm Monday to Saturday and within these hours you will typically receive a response within minutes or hours. Outside of these hours, you can speak to our friendly live chat team on our website who can answer any questions you might have.

  • Absolutely. If you would be more comfortable with a phone call, we can arrnage this. The majority of our communication is via the portal, which is to reduce the amount of phone tag that typically occurs when communication is via a phone call. It also helps so that you can have a written record of any important information which you may forget after a phone call.

  • Yes, each individual is treated as a patient and therefore your partner needs to have their own portal too.
